I. Cancellation Policies
Your appointment is very important to Bliss Hair Co. The time you reserve for a booked service is set aside specifically for you, therefore, I respectfully request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelation of your scheduled service. If the booking for your appointment was made the same day, you must provide at least 3 hours notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving me enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Late Cancellations
Clients canceling within less than 24 hours (or less than 3 for same day booking) of their scheduled appointment time will be required to pay a cancelation fee of $10.00 in order to continue booking services at Bliss Hair Co. This fee will be added on to your next booked appointment. I do understand that unavoidable issues come up and I will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency; However, if last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancelation fee.
Late Arrivals
In order to respect the time of both other clients and to provide myself with the necessary time to complete services satisfactorily, I ask that clients arrive on time for their appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and will need to reschedule with me. If you are running late for your appointment please call the salon and let me know as soon as possible. If you do not contact me your missed service will result in a no-show fee.
No Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without contacting me to cancel your appointment you will be subject to pay 25% of the total cost of services reserved. In order to make future appointments with me you will be required to make an upfront refundable deposit worth 25% of the cost for the services you book for future appointments. Please note that two or more missed appointments may result in refusal of service from the salon.
ii. Product Returns
Unused/unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
iii. Unsatisfactory Service
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. I pride myself in the quality of my work and strive to ensure that every guest who leaves Bliss Hair Co. is 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, I would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments to your hair if notified within 24 hours after the service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections and, if there was a fault on my side, to offer a redo on service or provide you with a refund. Please note that Bliss Hair Co. does not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with hair cuts or color.
iv. Right to Refuse Service
Bliss Hair Co. has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, who may be intoxicated, or If their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
